Return Policy

FiveElevenTactical has a 90-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise within 90 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at time of purchase.

Key Policy Details:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items or shipping errors
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Final sale items (including closeout products) cannot be returned
  • Underwear, face masks, and patches (unless defective) are final sale
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • International purchases are not eligible for returns

Eligible Return Methods:

  1. Online purchases can be returned:
    • Through our online returns portal
    • At any FiveElevenTactical retail store (with proof of purchase)

How to Process a Return:

  1. Initiate your return through our website
  2. Follow the provided return instructions
  3. Package items securely with all original packaging
  4. Ship using the provided return label (if applicable)

Refund Processing:

  • Allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • PayPal/Affirm payments will receive store credit

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are available for the same product or equal value item
  • If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued
  • Defective items will be replaced with the same product

Special Cases:

  • Gift returns require original proof of purchase
  • Customized items may not be eligible for return
  • Products purchased from authorized dealers must be exchanged through the original retailer
